Beautiful nursery with terrific staff. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name who helped us, but he was very knowledgeable, offered a terrific recommendation, and was so genuine. Thank you, long haired guy who shared info about the “healing stone” and its unique finish when polished.

For many reasons, High Sierra Gardens is a wonderful local experience, from it's well-cared for gardens to its unique gift shop and many other services. Importantly, and the main reason why I'm writing this review is to appreciate Shen, a friendly expert who propagates many plants, designs wonderful displays while helping us customers select the perfect gift. Shen is most appreciated!

As a former host of an HGTV show, I’ve worked with countless landscape professionals over the years—and it’s rare to come across a team as dedicated, professional, and talented as High Sierra Gardens in Incline Village. Chris and his team not only designed and implemented a beautiful landscape for us a couple of years ago, but when some of that original work needed refreshing, they went above and beyond to make it right—without hesitation, without excuses, and with total professionalism. From start to finish, Chris stayed personally involved, communicated clearly, and made us feel like our property was his top priority. The craftsmanship, plant selection, and materials are top-notch, and their attention to detail in both design and restoration was exceptional. Most importantly, they truly care—not just about the finished product, but about the long-term health and beauty of the landscape and the satisfaction of their clients. We come across vendors all the time in this business, and very few match the caliber of High Sierra Gardens. I wanted a birthday bouquet delivered and wanted to use a small business. They listened well and the bouquet is perfect. Next time I’m in area I will stop by in person!

Honestly, this is the nicest nursery I've been to. It's beautiful, high quality and not too expensive. There are great selections of herbs, fruits, vegetables, local plants and gifts. I'll definitely be back!
